Do I need to be home during my cleaning?
It’s completely up to you! Many clients provide us with a key or entry code so we can clean while they’re out. If you’d like to be home, that’s perfectly fine too. We’re happy to work around your schedule and preferences.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?
Yes! We provide all the cleaning products and tools needed to make your home sparkle. If you prefer, we can use your personal supplies (for allergies, sensitivities, or personal preference), just let us know in advance — we’re happy to accommodate.
Do you offer eco-friendly or non-toxic cleaning options?

Are you pet-friendly?
Absolutely! We love furry friends. If you have pets, please let us know ahead of time so we can plan accordingly. We just ask that any overly anxious or protective pets be secured for everyone’s comfort and safety.
How long will my cleaning take?
The time varies depending on the size of your home and the type of service. A routine cleaning usually takes 2 - 4 hours, while deep cleaning can take longer. We’ll provide a time estimate during your consultation.
When is payment due, and what forms of payment do you accept?
Payment is due upon completion or otherwise arranged. We accept Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, and cash.
How do I schedule, cancel, or reschedule a cleaning?
You can book or reschedule anytime by contacting us directly. We kindly ask you for at least 24 - 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or schedule changes to avoid a fee. (Check out our policies page for more details.)
